Add Café Soirée to your cart from the product page, then go to your cart and tap "Complete Order on WhatsApp." This opens WhatsApp with your order details pre-filled, ready to send to our team. We'll confirm pricing, delivery, and payment with you directly.
No account is required. Your cart is saved on your own device so you can come back to it, and checkout happens through a short conversation on WhatsApp.

Payment
Once we confirm your order over WhatsApp, you can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. We do not process card payments through this website, so your card details are never entered or stored here.

Dubai orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days; other Emirates within 2–4 business days, depending on location.
Returns & Product Care
If it's unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, yes — within 7 days of delivery. Once a lipstick has been opened or used, we can't accept it back for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Café Soirée is formulated for up to 8 hours of transfer-resistant wear, depending on factors like eating, drinking, and climate.
We list the full ingredient list on the product page and on the packaging. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the list carefully and doing a small patch test before full application.
