By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

We make every effort to display product details, shade names, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

• Colour may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings.
• Ingredient lists are printed on product packaging and on this Site; please review them carefully if you have known allergies or sensitivities before purchasing.
• We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & WhatsApp Checkout

This Site allows you to build a cart, but does not process payment online. Submitting your cart via the "Complete Order on WhatsApp" action sends your order details as a message to our team over WhatsApp; it does not constitute a confirmed sale until we acknowledge and confirm your order, including final pricing, delivery timeline, and availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected directly by our team following order confirmation, via the payment methods we make available at that time (such as cash on delivery or bank transfer). We do not collect or store card details through this Site.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or address accuracy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
